SL Under the Radar Episode 011 - Say What? SL Terms Defined

This podcast is hopelessly doomed, but I continue on nonetheless. This time, Airsafety Zuhal, Rocky Torok, and Principessa Sands, and very briefly , Jane2 McMahon, help me define SL terms that might confuse people new to SL. We almost stay on topic until Airsafety proposes to one of the other guests, and a discussion of the word “tosser” breaks out (again, Zuhal’s fault).  Then Airsafety goes off on a conspiracy theory about the SL music scene and challenges me to break it wide open in a future episode.

SL Under the Radar Episode 007 - Shine On, You Crazy Newbie

We’ve all been newbies at some point, though most of us won’t admit it. In this episode, I attempt to kill any hope of ever attracting listeners again by having Rocky and Jane back on, this time joined by Smittygal Torok and the legendary, elusive JP Travanti. Yes, he exists.  We discuss newbies, why they should be orbited, how many of us were newbies once, and why I used to back my avatar into a corner before logging off.  It’s humiliating, but it’s all true.
